Em Kay It Salution

Our shop is at C-49 in Old Govind Pura, right near the Gurudwara on Parwana Road in East Delhi. It is a busy little corner and you can always hear the sounds from the temple and the people walking by. We call ourselves Em Kay It Salution and mostly we just fix computers and deal with tech problems for the folks around here. The shop is small and it’s usually full of cables, open monitors, and toolkits. It can look a bit messy to someone walking in but we know where everything is. We don't have a fancy showroom or a big staff. It is just a couple of us who know how to work on machines. Sometimes a repair takes a few hours and other times we have to keep the machine for a few days. People from the neighborhood bring in their laptops when they won't turn on or when the screen is cracked. We spend a lot of time hunched over desks with screwdrivers. It is dusty work because of all the fans in the computers. We drink a lot of chai and talk to the customers while they wait. It’s a very local vibe and we don't try to be anything we aren't. If the internet is down in the shop it makes things hard but we just find something else to work on. It is just an honest little IT spot in a crowded part of East Delhi.
