You can find Elite County Developers (P) Ltd. over at 2116/1B, Gali No.-06 in Prem Nagar. We are right near the Patel Nagar Railway Station, which makes it easy to find if you know the landmark. Being in a gali gives the office a very specific feel. It’s narrow and busy, and there’s always something happening right outside the door. We are in the business of developing property, but our own office is very basic and functional. We have blueprints rolled up in corners and samples of materials lying around on the tables. It’s a bit dusty sometimes because of all the construction talk and the movement in the area. We don’t spend much on making the place look like a showroom. We’d rather spend that time looking at sites and dealing with the builders. The staff here is small, and we all know each other well. We handle everything from the initial drawings to the final paperwork right here from this small office in Prem Nagar. It’s a lot of back and forth with different people, and the phones never seem to stop. We take our work seriously, but we aren't formal people. If you come by, you'll probably find us mid-conversation about a project or sorting through a pile of permits. It’s just the way we operate in this part of Delhi. We don't have time for anything that isn't practical or necessary.
