Eleven To Eleven Restaurent, New Delhi

We started this place in Pratap Vihar a while back. It is on the ground floor of the GDA flats at D-306-A. Even though the name says New Delhi, we are actually located right here in Ghaziabad, near the border. We mostly handle food for people living in the flats nearby. It is not a big fancy place, just a regular restaurant where we cook things throughout the day. People usually call us or just drop in when they are hungry and do not want to cook at home. We spend most of our time in the kitchen. The name comes from the hours we usually keep, from eleven in the morning to eleven at night, though sometimes we close a bit early if it is quiet. It gets pretty busy in the evenings when everyone gets home from work. The space is simple and we just focus on getting the orders out. Sometimes the delivery takes a bit longer when the traffic on the main road is bad, but we try our best. It is just a local spot, nothing more. We do not have a big team, just a few of us working together to keep the stove going and the floors swept. If you live around Pratap Vihar, you have probably seen our sign. We keep the place clean and just do our job. There is not much else to say other than we make food and we are open most of the day. It is hard work but it is what we do.
