We are Elegant Travel Solutions, and you can find us at 1 C, over by the market side in the Moti Nagar Industrial Area. The name might sound a bit fancy, but we’re actually a very down-to-earth operation. Our office is tucked away right near the market shops, so it’s always lively and loud around here. There’s a lot of coming and going with the traders and people doing their daily shopping. We handle all kinds of travel arrangements from this small unit. It’s mostly just a couple of desks, a few plastic chairs for customers, and a lot of messy files. We don’t go in for expensive decor or fancy lighting. We’ve been at 1 C for a while now, and most of the other shopkeepers around this part of Moti Nagar know us by name. We spend our days dealing with various travel bookings and trying to figure out the best ways for people to get from one place to another. It’s not always easy, especially when the booking systems are slow or the prices change suddenly while we are looking. We just do our best to keep up with the work. Sometimes we have tea with the neighbors while waiting for a ticket to print out. It’s a friendly enough place to work. We don't have a big corporate structure or a boss in another city. It's just a few of us working hard in this market. If you’re around here, you’ve probably seen us.
