Elegant Holdiays

Elegant Holdiays is a small business we run out of House No-252 in Munirka, New Delhi. It’s a residential-feeling area, which makes our workspace feel a bit more relaxed than a big office building. We’ve been in Munirka for a long time, and most of us grew up around these parts of Delhi. The name might sound a bit fancy, but we’re actually pretty down-to-earth. We just spend our days helping people figure out their vacation plans. It’s a lot of sitting around a table and looking at calendars. We don’t have a receptionist or a big lobby. If you come by, you’re usually just walking into a room where a couple of us are working on our laptops. We deal with all the boring stuff like flight times and hotel availability so other people don't have to worry about it. Sometimes we get stressed when a booking doesn't go through right away, but we usually figure it out after a bit of back and forth. We don't really do the whole professional marketing thing. Most people find us through word of mouth or by just seeing our sign in the neighborhood. It’s a simple life. We work during the day, maybe stay a bit late if there’s a lot to do, and then we close up and go home. We like the independence of running things ourselves here in House No-252. It’s not perfect, but it works for us.
