Eldeco Infrasructure &Properties Ltd. - New Delhi

Our office for Eldeco Infrasructure & Properties Ltd is on the second floor at 2172/A1 in Guru Arjun Nagar. If you know the Shadi Khampur area or West Patel Nagar, you’ve probably walked right past our building. It’s a standard New Delhi street, always a bit dusty and full of people going about their business. We do a lot of property work from this small office. There are stacks of blueprints and folders everywhere you look. It’s not a shiny showroom; it’s where the actual planning and paperwork happen. We spend a lot of time talking to contractors and checking on site progress. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we just sit there waiting for the backup to kick in so we can get back to our emails. We’ve been working out of this Patel Nagar spot for a long time. The stairs up to the second floor are a bit steep, but it keeps us moving. We deal with a lot of different projects, so there is always a new problem to solve or a permit to track down. It’s just us, a few desks, and a lot of coffee. We don't have a big PR team writing stuff for us. We just handle the buildings and the land. It’s straightforward work that requires a lot of patience. Dealing with Delhi real estate isn't always easy, but we've figured out how to make it work from here.
