We are based at Trilokiya Adarsh Kunj Apartments, specifically at number 63 on Plot No. 85 in the I.P. Extension area of Patparganj. If you are familiar with Delhi, you know Patparganj is full of these large apartment societies. It is a busy place, and Elbee Express Pvt. Ltd. fits right into the middle of it. Our space is where all the planning for our express deliveries happens. We don't have a giant warehouse right here; instead, it's more of an administrative hub where we keep track of where everything is going. The office has a very lived-in feel to it. There are boxes occasionally stacked in the corner and plenty of clipboards hanging on the walls. We see the same faces every day, from the delivery guys checking their routes to the neighbors walking their dogs past the building. It’s a very local atmosphere. We usually have the radio playing quietly in the background while we work through the logs and manifests. The air in Patparganj can be a bit dusty, and the traffic on the main road nearby is always a factor in our day, but we manage. We aren’t looking to be the flashiest company in the city. We just want to make sure the work gets done from our little corner of I.P. Extension. It is a busy, functional spot where we spend most of our waking hours making sure the logistics side of things stays on track without any major hiccups.
