Our office is tucked away in M-66 over at G.S Apartments in Rohini. Sector 13 is a pretty busy area, so there’s always something happening outside our windows. We handle a lot of packages and deliveries every single day. It can get pretty loud with the vans coming and going, but that’s just how the express business is. The space inside is mostly taken up by boxes and sorting tables. We’ve been operating out of this New Delhi spot for a good bit of time. It isn't a shiny corporate building; it’s just where we work. We spend a lot of time on the phone tracking where things are and making sure the drivers know where they’re going. Sometimes the traffic in Delhi makes things difficult, but we do our part to keep things moving. The team here knows each other well. We drink a lot of coffee and try to stay organized among all the labels and tape. If a package comes in late, we stay until it’s sorted. It’s practical work. We don’t spend much time on decorations or fancy office furniture. We just focus on the logistics. People from the neighborhood often drop by to ask about their shipments. We’re just regular people trying to make sure things get from one place to another without too much trouble. It’s a lot of manual work and coordination.
