We spend most of our time here at the office in Adarsh Nagar on the first floor of the C-311 building. It gets a bit noisy sometimes but that is just how things are around here. My name is one of the few you might hear and we have been running El Dorado Voyage for a while now. Most days involve sitting at the desk, looking at flight schedules and trying to figure out the best routes for people who walk in. It’s not a fancy place, just a few desks and computers and a lot of tea. We handle a lot of the paperwork that comes with travel, which can be a real headache if you don't do it all the time. Sometimes the internet is slow or a booking takes longer than it should, but we stay until the job is done. People usually come to us because they want to go somewhere and don't want to deal with the online mess themselves. We've seen a lot of changes in the travel world over the years. Some days it is quiet, and other days the phone won't stop ringing. We try to keep things simple and just tell people what is possible and what isn't. If you are around Adarsh Nagar, you might have seen our sign. It’s a small team here, just a couple of us making sure everything stays on track. We like what we do, even when it gets stressful during the holiday seasons or when flights get canceled.
