Eih Ltd Unit Maidens Hotel (Oberoi Group)

This office is tucked away in Gali No 17 over in Laxmi Nagar. It’s a busy part of Delhi and the streets are usually full of bikes and people. We work out of 688 West Guru Angand Nagar. It’s not exactly what you’d expect when you hear the name but this is where the actual work happens. We handle a lot of the back-end stuff here. The room is usually filled with the sound of typing and people talking on phones. There isn't much space for fancy decorations so we just have our desks and some old cabinets for the files. Sometimes the internet is slow and we all end up taking a break at the same time. We’ve been here for a good bit now and the locals know us. It’s a bit of a walk from the main road but it's okay once you know the turns. We don’t have a big fancy entrance, just a door that leads to our space. On hot days, the fan just pushes the warm air around but we manage. We aren’t trying to impress anyone with the office. We just need to make sure the records are right and the emails get sent out. It’s a lot of paperwork and checking numbers twice. Most days we are just looking forward to finishing the pile on our desks so we can go home. It’s a straightforward job in a regular neighborhood. We stay late often to finish the reports.
