Eih Ltd (The Oberoi Group)

We are located on the first floor at B-276B in Derawala Nagar. It’s a residential-feeling area in Delhi 110009, which makes coming to work feel a bit more relaxed than if we were in a massive commercial hub. Eih Ltd, which most people know as part of The Oberoi Group, has this space where we handle the behind-the-scenes stuff. It’s not a grand hotel lobby; it’s just an office with desks, computers, and a lot of filing cabinets. We focus on getting the details right. The street outside can get a bit narrow with cars parked everywhere, but it’s a nice neighborhood. We usually bring our own food from home and sit together to eat. There isn’t much ceremony here. We just deal with the paperwork and the phone calls that come in throughout the day. Some of us have been in this building for years, and we’ve seen the neighborhood kids grow up. It’s a very grounded way to work for such a big name. We don't spend time on motivational speeches or anything like that. We just look at what needs to be done for the day and we do it. The walls are a bit plain, and the air conditioner makes a bit of noise, but it’s our space and we’re used to it. It’s a simple, honest setup where everyone knows their role and helps out when the workload gets heavy.
