Effort Bpo Ltd

We are located at C-39 in Vishnu Garden, which is a bit of a trek if you're coming from central New Delhi. This is where Effort Bpo Ltd runs its daily operations. It’s not a shiny glass building like you see in Gurgaon. Instead, we are right in the middle of a residential-cum-commercial neighborhood. You can hear the sounds of the street, the scooters passing by, and the neighbors talking. Inside, it’s mostly the sound of keyboards clicking. We have our rows of computers where the staff sits for their shifts. It gets pretty cramped when everyone is in at the same time, but we make it work. The office has that specific smell of old paper and electronics. We don’t have a fancy cafeteria, so most of us just eat at our desks or go to the small tea stall around the corner. Vishnu Garden can be a bit confusing with all the C blocks and narrow turns, but once you find C-39, you’ll see our sign. The work is constant, usually handling whatever back-office tasks or calls are on the schedule for the day. It’s an honest way to make a living, and the people here are just regular folks from the local area. We don't put on any airs about what we do. It’s just a BPO office in a busy part of West Delhi where we keep things moving.
