Effort Bpo Ltd is located at 907/9 in Raj Nagar, over in the Palam area of New Delhi. If you’ve ever been to Palam, you know it’s a busy place with a lot of narrow streets and constant activity. Our office is where we handle a lot of the back-end work that people don't usually see. It’s a lot of phone calls, data entry, and sitting at computers for long shifts. We’ve got a mix of people working here, some who have been with us for years and others just starting out. The office isn't anything special to look at, just rows of desks and the hum of air conditioners trying to keep up with the Delhi heat. We call it Effort Bpo because, well, it takes a lot of effort to keep everything running smoothly without mistakes. We aren't a giant call center with thousands of people, but we stay busy enough that the days go by pretty fast. Most of us live nearby, so Raj Nagar is a convenient spot for the team. We don't have any big speeches about our work; we just show up, put on the headsets or log into the systems, and get through the queue. It's practical work that needs to be done, and we’re the ones here doing it every day, regardless of the traffic outside or the weather. It's just a normal job for us.
