Our office is located at House No. B 242 here in New Delhi, zip code 110063. It’s a residential-looking building, but inside we’ve got our computers and headsets set up. We run Effort Bpo Lmt from this spot. It’s not one of those massive glass towers you see in Gurgaon. It’s much more low-key and grounded. We handle a lot of calls and data work for different people. The desks are a bit crowded, and there’s always the sound of people talking in the background. It’s a busy environment. We don't have a cafeteria or a gym; we just have a small corner where we keep the kettle for tea. Most of us who work here live pretty close by, so the commute isn't too bad most days. We focus on getting through the queue of work that comes in every morning. Some days are longer than others, especially when the systems are slow or the internet acts up. We don't use big words to describe what we do. We just take the calls and process the information as it comes. It’s a steady job. The neighborhood around B 242 is mostly quiet, which is nice when you need to concentrate. We’ve been here for a while and the landlord is decent. It’s just a group of people working hard in a regular house turned into an office space.
