Education & Shift Manager

We started out back in Bathinda at 146 Veer Colony. It was a completely different pace of life there in Punjab compared to what we deal with now. Since moving to Delhi, everything feels a lot faster and much louder than it ever was at 151001. Transitioning the work from our old roots to the city has been a bit of a scramble, to be honest. We handle a lot of the education side of things and keep the shifts moving for the staff members. Most of our day is spent looking at calendars and making sure everyone is where they are supposed to be. It is a lot of phone calls and quick notes scribbled on the backs of envelopes or whatever paper is nearby. Being a manager here means you never really know what the next hour will bring. One minute we are talking about a student's progress and the next we are trying to find someone to cover a late shift because of a family emergency. We miss the quiet of Veer Colony sometimes, but Delhi has its own energy that keeps us going. Our setup is pretty basic with just some chairs, a couple of desks, and a lot of folders stacked up in corners. We do not have any fancy decorations on the walls. It is just a place where work happens. We try to be fair with the schedules, though someone is usually unhappy about an early start.
