Our office is over in West Patel Nagar, at number 28/88. It’s a busy neighborhood with a lot of shops and people moving around. Ecos(I) Mobility & Hospitality Pvt Ltd is what we call ourselves, but to us, it’s just the place we go to every morning. We deal with cars and rooms and making sure people have a place to stay or a way to get around. It’s a lot of coordination. There are phones ringing constantly and someone is always checking a schedule. The office itself is a bit lived-in. We have some old posters on the walls and desks that have seen better days. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy showroom. We just want to make sure the work gets done correctly. Sometimes things get a bit chaotic when a lot of bookings come in at once, but we’ve learned how to handle the rush. West Patel Nagar is a good spot to be, right in the heart of things. We know the tea seller downstairs and the guys at the corner shop. It’s a very human way to run a business. We just talk to people, fix problems, and keep the cars moving. It’s practical work and we don’t use any big words to describe it. The traffic on the main road can be a headache, but that’s just how it is in Delhi. We keep our keys organized and our drivers ready to go.
