Ecos (I) Mobility & Hospitality Pvt Ltd. is located over in Uttam Nagar, New Delhi. This part of the city is always moving, and our office at 110059 is no different. We handle a lot of car bookings and travel hospitality stuff, so the phones are basically ringing from the moment we open the doors. It’s a bit of a mess sometimes with all the driver schedules and guest requests we have to keep track of. The office isn’t very big, and we have to squeeze past each other to get to the filing cabinets. We’ve got a small area where we keep the car keys and the logbooks. Uttam Nagar is known for its traffic, and we spend a lot of time looking at maps and checking where the cars are stuck. It can be quite stressful when things don’t go according to plan, but we’ve all been doing this long enough to stay calm. We don’t have a fancy uniform or a corporate handbook. We just know what needs to be done and we do it. The local chai shop provides most of our fuel for the day. Sometimes the air conditioning makes a weird rattling sound, but it keeps the room cool enough to work. We enjoy the fast pace of the business, even if it means staying late quite often. It’s a simple, hardworking environment where everyone chips in to help.
