Ebookers

We are located at B-160 on the 3rd floor of Dayanand Colony in Lajpat Nagar IV. It’s a bit of a climb up the stairs, but we’re used to it by now. Ebookers is tucked away here, working under the care of Lurshai Nelson Nongspung. The office is right in the heart of a residential area, so it doesn't feel like a big corporate building at all. You can hear families living nearby and the sounds of the neighborhood throughout the day. We spend most of our time dealing with travel stuff and bookings on our computers. It’s a lot of emails and phone calls. Sometimes the internet goes out, and we all just sit around waiting for it to come back so we can finish our work. The space is a bit small, so we’re all pretty close to each other, which is fine most of the time. We don't have a lot of fancy furniture or big signs outside. It’s just a place where we come to work and earn a living. Lajpat Nagar is always busy, so finding a place to park or even just walking through the streets can be a bit of a challenge. We don't have any big fancy goals written on the walls. We just try to get the bookings right and help people out when they have questions about their trips. It’s just us doing our thing every day. It’s a bit messy sometimes, but we manage.
