Ebookers

Ebookers is situated at B-505, Indian Oil Apartments, in Sector-62, Noida. It is a bit of an unusual spot for a business since it is in an apartment complex, but it works perfectly fine for us. We are all about travel bookings here. Most of our day is spent in front of computer screens, looking through flight options, hotel rooms, and various holiday packages. Since we are in Sector-62, we are part of the big business hub in Noida, even if our office is in a residential building. We don't have a lot of walk-in customers; it is mostly done over the internet and the phone. The team here is pretty small, and we have a very relaxed way of working. We just focus on getting the bookings right. Travel can be complicated with all the different rules and prices that change every hour, so we have to stay on top of things. It is a lot of typing, clicking, and double-checking names and passport numbers. We like the quiet of the Indian Oil Apartments compared to some of the louder office blocks nearby. We aren't a massive call center; we are just a group of people who know how to navigate the travel systems. It is steady work, and we just try to make sure that when someone books something through us, it actually happens the way it is supposed to. It is simple, everyday office life for us in Noida.
