Ebookers

Our office is on the first floor over at Vijay Chowk in Laxmi Nagar. If you’ve ever been to this part of New Delhi, you know the address G-32/A is right in the middle of a lot of activity. It is a typical Delhi commercial spot. You have to walk up the stairs, and sometimes the lighting in the hallway isn’t the best, but we are there every day. We handle things for Ebookers from this small space. It’s crowded with computers and a few files stacked up in the corner. We don't really do the big corporate thing here. It is more about the staff sitting together and working through the bookings. The tea guy comes by twice a day, which is usually the highlight when things get stressful. Laxmi Nagar is always loud, so there is a constant hum of traffic and people shouting outside our windows. We try to keep things moving as fast as we can. Some days are smoother than others. When the monsoon hits, the street outside gets a bit messy, but the office stays dry enough. We aren't trying to impress anyone with the decor. We just have our systems and our routine. It is a decent place to work if you don’t mind the cramped feeling of a busy market area. We just do our jobs and head out. We’ve been at this desk for years now.
