We are over in Sector-3 of Dwarka at C-96, National Apartments. Dwarka is laid out in these big blocks and sectors, so you have to make sure you find Plot 4 first before you start looking for the actual building. It is a typical Delhi apartment setup where we have converted the living space into our daily working area. The security guards at the gate of National Apartments usually ask where you are going, which is good for safety and keeping things quiet. We have a lot of folders and papers scattered around the desks most of the time. It is not the most organized looking place in the world, but we know exactly where everything is when we need it. The windows look out over the other residential buildings in the sector. It is quite a change from the more crowded parts of Old Delhi since the roads here are a bit wider, though they still get busy during the morning rush. There are plenty of small parks around the neighborhood if you need to take a quick walk and clear your head for a few minutes. We chose this spot because it is relatively quiet compared to being right on a main commercial road with all the honking. We just do our work, drink a lot of tea, and deal with whatever comes up in the day. It is a straightforward way of doing things in a decent neighborhood that feels safe and normal.
