E-Bookers (Cendent)

E-Bookers (Cendent) operates out of a small space at A-58, Flat No.3, in the Paryavaran Complex. This is over in the Neb Sarai area, right off Ignou Road in New Delhi. If you know the area, you know how the traffic can get around here, especially with all the students and people moving about. Our office is tucked away in the complex, and it’s usually filled with the sound of phones ringing and people typing away. We spend the whole day looking at travel schedules, booking flights, and trying to find the right connections for people who need to get somewhere. It’s a lot of coordination. We aren't a massive call center; it’s just a small group of us in this flat trying to keep everything organized. The walls are lined with files, and there is always a cup of tea sitting somewhere on a desk. Working in Neb Sarai means we see a lot of the local life every day, from the street food vendors outside to the constant buzz of the city. We don't have any fancy marketing slogans or big promises. We just sit down, answer the calls, and try to make sure the bookings are done correctly so nobody gets stuck at an airport. It’s a repetitive job in some ways, but it’s interesting to see where everyone is going. We’ve been doing this for a while now from this specific apartment in the complex.
