Our office is tucked away in Farash Khana on Rajan Street. It’s House Number 1028. If you know Delhi, you know how these streets are. They’re narrow and always full of life. We’ve been operating Ebookers By Intelenet from here for some time. It’s not the easiest place to find if you aren’t from around here, but we like it. The building is old, like most things in this part of town. We spend our days mostly on the computers or talking to people. It gets a bit hot in the afternoons, but the fans keep things manageable. There’s a lot of noise from the street vendors outside, which is just part of the background now. We don't have a big lobby or a receptionist. Usually, whoever is closest to the door just answers it. We try to keep things straightforward. No one here wears a suit unless there’s a really big reason to. We drink a lot of chai throughout the day. The tea guy knows our order by heart. It’s just a group of us trying to keep the work flowing and making sure everything gets handled. Sometimes the power goes out for a bit, so we just take a break then. It’s a real place with real people doing their jobs in a busy part of the city. We keep a stack of newspapers by the door and a few extra chairs for anyone who drops by while we are working.
