Easy Tours Of India is located over at 118A Chander Vihar in the Nilothi area of New Delhi. We have been operating out of this spot for a while now, mainly focusing on getting people around the country. It is a small office, and we don't spend money on fancy signs or expensive furniture. Mostly, it is just us sitting around desks with maps and computers. The Nilothi neighborhood is quite lively, so there is always something going on outside our windows. We handle a lot of phone calls from people asking about different places to visit. Sometimes it gets stressful when a bus is late or a hotel has a problem, but we just try to sort it out as it comes. We are not a big corporation with hundreds of employees; we are just a few locals who know how the travel system works here. We keep it pretty informal around here. You might find us having lunch at our desks while we talk to a customer. It is a very hands-on kind of place. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. People just find us because we have been here at this address for a long time. It’s a practical business run by people who live right in the city. We show up every morning, unlock the door at 118A, and start working on the day's itineraries. The floor needs a sweep and the ceiling fan makes a clicking sound, but we don't mind much as long as the work gets done correctly.
