Easy Cabs (M/S.Cipl Easy Transport Solutions Pvt Ltd)

Our office is based at No.71 in the Devdoot Apartments in Vikas Puri. It’s a residential complex, which makes for a pretty calm workplace. Easy Cabs is run by Cipl Easy Transport Solutions Pvt Ltd, but we mostly just call ourselves Easy Cabs when we’re talking to drivers or customers. Being in New Delhi, we know how messy traffic can get, so we spend our day trying to manage all that from our desks. The apartment we work out of is pretty simple. We have a few phones that never stop ringing and some maps pinned to the walls to help us see the city routes. It’s not a high-tech control center; it’s just a few of us trying to keep the cars moving and the passengers happy. We don't have any fancy scripts for when we answer the phone. We just talk to people like normal human beings. Sometimes things go wrong, like a car breaking down or someone being late because of the rain, and we just deal with it as it comes. We aren't trying to change the world; we’re just trying to get people from one place to another without too much trouble. It’s a lot of logistics and talking, and by the end of the day, we’re usually pretty tired, but it’s what we do. We like being part of the Vikas Puri neighborhood.
