Our office is located at Rz-123 A/313 in Gali Number 2, Geetanjali Park. It’s in West Sagarpur, which is a pretty crowded part of New Delhi. We run a cab service from here, so it’s always a bit of a mess with people coming and going. The street outside is narrow, and there’s usually a bike or a car blocking something. Inside, we’ve got a couple of desks and a lot of phones. It’s not a corporate office with glass walls. It’s more like a room where we keep track of where our cars are. We spend a lot of time talking to drivers and trying to figure out the fastest ways through the city’s traffic. It can be stressful when it’s raining or when there’s a big event and everyone wants a cab at once. We don't have a fancy waiting area. Most of our work happens over the phone anyway. We’ve been in this spot for years and the locals know us. The walls are covered in notes, phone numbers, and maps that have seen better days. It’s a bit disorganized to look at, but we know where everything is. We just focus on getting people their rides. It’s a simple business and we don't try to pretend it’s more than that. We just show up, drink our coffee, and keep the cars moving as best we can.
