We operate out of RZ 18A on Street Number 2 in Block A of Syndicate Enclave. This is in the New Delhi-45 area, which is near Palam. It’s a bit of a maze to find us if you aren’t familiar with the enclave. We are on a quiet residential street, but the main road isn't too far away. The office is basically a ground-floor space where we handle travel bookings and things like that. We have a few computers and a printer that occasionally jams when we are in a hurry to get a ticket out. The room is usually filled with the sound of the keyboard and the phone ringing. We don’t have a big staff, just a few of us who know the travel business well. There’s a small bench for people to sit on if they have to wait for a moment. We’ve put up some maps on the wall, but they are a bit old now and some of the edges are curling. The floor is tiled and easy to clean, which is good because people bring in a lot of dust from the street outside. We usually keep some water and tea ready for anyone who comes in to talk about their travel plans. It’s not a high-end travel agency with glossy brochures everywhere. We just focus on finding the right flights and deals for the people who ask us. It’s a straightforward business in a regular neighborhood. We’ve been in this spot for several years and know most of the neighbors quite well.
