We are located over in Dwarka at C-16 Qutub Vihar Phase- 1. It is in Sector-19, which is a bit quieter than the main markets and high-rises. Our office is just a regular room with some desks and computers. We spend most of our time looking at travel routes and hotel availability. It is not a big fancy agency with posters everywhere. It is just a few of us who know our way around travel bookings and flight paths. Sometimes the phones ring all at once and it gets a bit chaotic. We do not have any big slogans or anything. We just help people figure out their trips. The neighborhood is mostly residential so it is a calm place to work from most days. We have been here for a while and the locals know our faces. We take our breaks at the small tea stall nearby. Sometimes the internet acts up and we have to wait a bit to confirm a booking. It is just part of the job. We do not have a big sign outside, just a simple one so people can find us. We handle a lot of paperwork and emails every single day. It is a lot of staring at screens to find the right prices for people. We are not trying to be the biggest company out there. We just like doing what we do.
