This is our branch in Sangam Vihar, located at B-717. It is a very crowded area in New Delhi, and we are right in the middle of all the noise. We deal with boxes and papers all day long. People come in to send stuff to their families or for their work. The shop is small and it can get pretty messy when a lot of parcels arrive at the same time. We have been here for a good amount of time now. The street outside is always full of people and rickshaws blocking the way. Sometimes the heat makes it tough to work, but we have a small fan going. We do not really do anything special here, we just take the packages, weigh them, and get them on the trucks. It is a repetitive job but someone has to do it. We know most of the people who live around Sangam Vihar because they come in here so often. You learn names and faces after a few months. The address 110062 is easy to remember for us. We open early in the morning and close when the last person finally leaves. It is not like those big corporate offices you see on the news. It is just a local spot for local people. We try to keep things organized but sometimes the system is slow and people have to wait. We just deal with it as it comes.
