Even though our name says East Patel Nagar in New Delhi, you’ll actually find our main spot at B-56 in Garima Garden. That’s over in Sahiabad, Ghaziabad. It can be a bit confusing for some, but we’ve been operating D.S. Tours And Travels (India) from here for quite a while. We spend a lot of time organizing cars and trips for people who need to get around. It's a lot of logistics and talking to drivers. Some days are just chaos with everyone wanting to go somewhere at the same time, but we manage to get through it. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a place with some desks and maps. We are located right in the Uttar Pradesh area, so we see a lot of local traffic. People come in looking for a way to get to the city or maybe further out for a holiday. We don't have a big marketing team or anything; it’s just us handling the phones and the paperwork. We try to keep things simple. If a car is available, we let you know. If not, we tell you that too. It’s a small operation, and we like it that way. Most of our customers are from the neighborhood or found us by word of mouth. We just want to keep the vehicles moving and the schedules on track for anyone who needs a ride. It’s hard work, but we are used to the pace by now.
