We spend most of our time here at Navshakti Appartment, specifically in unit A-4 on M G Road. Ghitorni is a loud place during the day with all the traffic passing by, but once you step into the building, things settle down a bit. We’ve been set up in this spot for a while now. It’s basically just a few of us sitting around desks, handling whatever paperwork or calls come through. The room isn't very large so we have to keep things pretty tidy or it gets cluttered fast. We have a small window that looks out toward the street, though we keep the curtain pulled halfway most of the time to keep the sun off the computer screens. There is a tea stall just around the corner where we usually go around four in the afternoon when things get a bit slow. The walls are painted a plain off-white color and we’ve got some old calendars hanging up. It’s a practical setup. We don't have a big reception area or fancy leather chairs. People who come to see us usually just pull up a plastic stool. It works for what we do. Sometimes the lift in the building acts up, so we end up taking the stairs, which keeps us moving I guess. We try to keep the place organized but with all the files, it’s a constant task. It’s just a normal workplace where we get through the day.
