Sometimes the days are very long when there is a lot of paperwork to finish. We don't mind it though. It’s just how the business goes. We use simple English and just talk to people like they are our neighbors. We make sure the files are in order and the emails are sent out on time. It is a straightforward way of working and we prefer it that way. No big corporate stuff, just us working.
