D'Pauls Travels

Our office is at 263/A Paschim Vihar Ext, which is right here in New Delhi, zip code 110063. We call ourselves D'Pauls Travels. It is a simple place, honestly. We have been in Paschim Vihar for a long time, and we’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. We aren’t one of those massive companies with a thousand employees. It is just a handful of us working out of this space. The desks are a bit cluttered with papers and maps, and there’s always someone on the phone talking to a client. We don’t have a marketing team or anyone to write fancy speeches for us, so what you see is basically what you get. It’s a lot of checking schedules and trying to make things fit together for people. The street outside can be noisy, especially with the honking, but we don't mind it much anymore. Sometimes a customer walks in and we don't have a chair ready, so we have to scramble to find one from the back room. We’ve got a small kitchen where we make tea, which is usually the best part of the afternoon when things slow down. We aren’t trying to impress anyone with a polished look or corporate jargon. We just want to get the work done right so we can go home. It is a straightforward business in a busy part of the city.
