Our office for Dpauls Travels And Tours is on the 2nd floor at Jf 34 in Khirki Extension. If you know the area near Malviya Nagar in New Delhi, you know it can be a bit of a maze with all the narrow streets and tall buildings squeezed together. To get to us, you have to walk up the stairs to the second floor, which can be a bit of a climb if you are carrying bags. We have a small team here working in a space that is mostly filled with computers and stacks of travel itineraries. We handle everything from local bus tours to flights across the country. The office gets a bit cramped when more than three or four customers come in at once, but we make it work. Outside the window, you can see the busy life of Khirki Extension with people going about their day. We have a couple of water dispensers and some old posters of mountains on the walls. Most of our day is spent on the phone or typing out booking details for families who want to go away for the weekend. We are not a giant travel agency with a lobby; we are just a working office on the 2nd floor where we try to find the best routes on our screens. It is a bit noisy sometimes because of the traffic downstairs, but we are used to the Malviya Nagar energy by now.
