Dpauls Travels And Tour is located on the second floor at Jf 34 in Khirki Extension. We are right near Malviya Nagar in New Delhi, which is a great spot because there is always something happening nearby. Being on the second floor means we get a little bit of a view of the street, but it’s mostly just us and our computers. We started this because we liked the idea of helping people get where they need to go. We handle a lot of travel stuff, from flights to tours, but we don't try to make it sound more complicated than it is. It’s just about finding the right ticket and making sure the dates line up. The office in Khirki Extension is pretty basic. We have some posters on the walls and a few chairs for when people stop by to ask questions. Sometimes it’s hard for people to find us the first time since the extension can be a bit like a maze, but once they do, they usually come back. We aren't a giant travel corporation; we are just a group of people who know the industry. We spend a lot of time on the phone and checking websites. It’s not always glamorous, and there is a lot of waiting for systems to load, but we enjoy the work. We just want to make sure people have their papers in order before they head out on their trips. We keep at it.
