D.Pauls Travel & Tours is based out of the Swati Hostel area on Mandir Marg. It's a busy part of New Delhi and we have been here for quite some time now. Being near the hostel means there's always something going on outside with people coming and going. We don't have a flashy storefront with neon lights. It’s a pretty basic setup where we handle travel arrangements for whoever needs them. People come in asking about bus routes or holiday packages and we just look things up on the system. It’s a lot of typing and checking dates. We’ve seen the way travel has changed with everyone using apps now, but there are still plenty of folks who prefer to come talk to a person face to face. We don't give long speeches about our values or anything like that. We just do the job. If someone wants to visit family or go on a vacation, we help them find a way to get there. The office gets a bit cluttered with papers and brochures sometimes. That’s just life. We know the Mandir Marg area really well. It’s a central spot which makes it easy for people to find us without much trouble. We aren't a giant chain with thousands of employees. It's just a local operation where we keep track of bookings and try to make sure everything goes smoothly for the travelers who trust us with their plans.
