D.Pauls Consumer Benefit Ltd is located at 47-C in Pocket-A of Sukhdev Vihar. It’s a pretty easy spot to find if you are in this part of New Delhi. We’ve been operating out of this office for quite some time now. It’s not a huge place, just a few rooms where we handle all the consumer stuff that comes our way. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed. We aren't the type of people to wear suits every day unless we really have to. Most of the time, we are just sitting at our desks, answering emails and talking to folks who come by. Sukhdev Vihar is a nice area, though parking can be a bit of a struggle if you arrive at the wrong time. We try to keep things organized, but like any office, it can get a bit cluttered with papers and files. We don't have any big slogans or mission statements plastered on the walls. We just focus on what needs to be done that day. Some days are busier than others, especially when the phones don't stop ringing. We all just pitch in and help out where we can. It’s a small team, so everyone knows their role. We just show up, do our jobs, and go home at the end of the day. It’s a very straightforward way of running things here at 47-C.
