Down Town Travels

You can find us at B-101, right on Gali No.1 in the Mandavali area of Fazalpur. It’s a lively spot in Delhi, and there is always something going on in the street outside our window. We’ve been running this travel desk for a good while, helping people figure out their bus tickets, train rides, and flights without making it too complicated. The office is small and usually has a few maps pinned to the wall that are a bit outdated, but they still do the job. We aren't one of those big agencies with a call center. When you call us, you’re just talking to one of the three of us who sit here every day. It can get a bit cramped when more than two customers come in at once, but people don't seem to mind waiting a bit on the plastic chairs we have. We try to keep our prices fair and our advice honest, even if it means telling someone a certain route is a bad idea. Mandavali is our home base, and we know most of the people on our block. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to write things down by hand, but that’s just how it is. We don't use any fancy marketing tricks; we just rely on people telling their friends that we helped them out. It’s a simple business in a busy part of town and we like it that way.
