Down Town Travels

We are located at 114, Gali No 9 in the B Block of Mukund Vihar. It’s a small office in a busy part of New Delhi. Being in a gali means we see a lot of the same faces every day, and it feels like a real part of the community. We spend our time helping people get where they need to go. Whether it’s a bus ticket to another city or a flight to somewhere far away, we handle the booking. It’s a lot of typing and double-checking names and dates. If we make a mistake, someone misses their trip, so we try to be careful even when it’s loud outside. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a place to work with a couple of computers and some chairs for people to wait. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. People mostly find us because they live nearby or their cousin told them we were okay to deal with. Mukund Vihar is a crowded place, and our office reflects that—it’s cozy and always has something going on. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we have to wait a bit, but that’s just life in Delhi. We just stay focused on the tickets and the schedules. It’s a simple business, and we’ve been doing it this way for a long time. We just want to make sure the tickets are printed and ready for collection.
