The office is at H.No 91/92 in New Delhi. We just call the business Done because that’s the main goal of everything we do here. It’s a simple name for a simple setup. We operate out of a house, which makes the whole place feel a lot less formal than a typical office. There’s a small front area where we keep most of the supplies, and the rest of the rooms are just where we sit and work. We don't have a lot of fancy furniture or decorations. Most of the stuff we have is just practical things we need to get the job done. The neighborhood is typical for New Delhi, with plenty of noise and activity right outside the door. We’ve been here for a good amount of time, so the local people know us. We don't spend money on big advertisements or anything like that. Most people find out about us just by word of mouth or by seeing the address. Our day starts fairly early and we usually stay until the tasks for that day are finished. There’s no big hierarchy here; everyone just pitches in where they are needed. We deal with whatever comes our way, whether it's paperwork or something more hands-on. It’s a straightforward way to run things, and we don’t see any reason to change it. We’re just a local business trying to stay busy and keep our heads down while we get our work finished for the people who need us.
