Domestic Counter Staff

We spend most of our days here in Rohini Sector-16, right at Pocket G-6/171. It’s a busy little spot in its own way. Most people who come by are looking for quick help with their travel plans or just need to ask a few questions about domestic flights that they can't figure out online. We started this because there was a real need for a face-to-face place where you could actually talk to a person instead of a computer screen or a robot. The office isn't very big, and sometimes the printer acts up right when we are trying to get things done, but we manage. The Delhi heat gets a bit much in the afternoons, so the AC stays on most of the time. We’ve been at this address for a while now. Neighbors know us as the folks who are always on the phone or typing away. It’s not fancy work, just honest daily tasks like checking schedules and making sure names are spelled right on forms. Sometimes we have a tea break outside when it’s not too crowded. People stop by on their way home from work. It’s just us here, keeping track of things and trying to get through the pile of paperwork that seems to grow every morning. We don't have any big speeches to give about what we do. It’s just a job that needs doing, and we like being in this part of Rohini because it’s close to home for most of us anyway.
