Domestic Call Center

This Domestic Call Center is located at Rz-H48 in Raghu Nagar. It’s right in the Dabri Extension part of New Delhi. If you’ve ever been around here, you know it’s a crowded area with a lot going on. Our office is inside a multi-story building that stays pretty busy from morning until late at night. There are rows of desks and headsets everywhere you look. It gets quite loud when everyone is talking at once, but that’s just how it is in this line of work. We handle calls from all over the country and it never really stops. The air conditioning works most of the time, which is a blessing in the Delhi heat. We have a small area in the back where we can sit and eat our lunch together. Most of us bring food from home or buy something from the vendors on the street. It’s a practical setup, nothing for show. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but nobody really has the time for that right now. We focus on getting through the call volume and making sure the logs are updated. It’s a lot of sitting and talking, which can be tiring by the end of the day. The street outside is always full of people and rickshaws. Finding a parking spot for a bike is a nightmare sometimes. We’ve been here for a good while and the whole team feels like a small community.
