We’ve been here in Indra Vikas Colony for a while now. It’s a busy spot right near the North Campus in New Delhi, so there is always noise outside our door. Most days we are just sitting at our desks at 12/10, handling flight tickets and figuring out train routes for people. It gets pretty crowded in this little office especially when the students are around looking for holiday deals or just a way home. Some mornings the tea guy comes by and that is the only break we get from the phones. Dolphinn Travel isn't some huge fancy corporation with glass walls. It is just a few of us here making sure the bookings go through without any errors. Sometimes the internet acts up but we manage. You can find us easily if you know the colony. We have stacks of papers on the desks and a couple of old chairs for anyone who drops by. It is mostly about getting the job done and making sure nobody gets stuck at an airport. We know the local area well and the shortcut through the lanes is always useful. It’s not always quiet here, with the traffic and people walking by, but it’s where we work. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. Just us, a few computers, and a lot of phone calls every single day. We’ve stayed in this same spot because it works for us and our neighbors know where to find us.
