Dolphinn Hotel

Dolphinn Hotel is located at H.No-245/2 in Roshan Vihar, which is part of Sadatpur(E) in Karawal Nagar, Delhi-94. We are a small local hotel, not a big fancy chain. The building is basically a large house that we’ve set up to take in guests who need a place to stay in this part of town. It is not the easiest place to find if you aren't from around here, so we spend a lot of time on the phone giving people directions past the local landmarks. We don't have a big staff. It is usually just us doing everything from checking people in to making sure the rooms are clean for the next person. It is hard work and sometimes we are up late waiting for someone to arrive. We don't have any corporate goals or fancy mission statements. We just want to provide a clean bed and a safe place to sleep. The neighborhood is mostly families, so it stays pretty grounded. We try to keep the place tidy and fix things whenever they break, which happens more often than we’d like. Running a hotel in Karawal Nagar means dealing with the usual Delhi heat and the noise of the streets, but we manage. We aren't trying to pretend we are a five-star resort. We are just a local business trying to do a decent job for our guests. It is a simple way of living and working, and we are okay with that.
