Our office is at A-92C Nambardar Estate in Taimoor Nagar. It’s right near New Friends Colony in New Delhi, so it’s a pretty central location even if the lane itself is a bit tucked away. We’ve been operating from this spot for a long time. It’s where we handle all the bookings and management for our various hotel properties. It isn't a hotel itself, just the heart of the business where all the paperwork happens. The office is usually full of files and people on the phone. We don’t really do the whole corporate image thing. It’s just a workspace that suits our needs. Most of the staff have been with us for years, so we’re more like a small family than a big company. We spend a lot of time troubleshooting issues and making sure the hotels have what they need. Taimoor Nagar can get pretty crowded, so finding parking can be a bit of a challenge sometimes. We’ve grown used to the rhythm of the neighborhood. We don’t have any big mission statements on the walls. We just focus on getting through the daily tasks and making sure the guests at our hotels are taken care of. It’s practical, honest work. If you come by, you’ll find us busy with the ledgers or talking to the managers at different sites. It’s just how we run things here, keeping it straightforward and making sure the work gets finished.
