Our office is at F-43, which used to be associated with the late Chaudhary Sultan Singh. It’s a place with a bit of history to it, located in the 110016 zip code area of New Delhi. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of employees. It’s just a handful of us working out of this space. The rooms are a bit small, and we have boxes stacked up in the corners because we haven't found a better place for them yet. It feels like a real home office, because that’s basically what it is. We spend our time managing orders and talking to people on the phone. The neighborhood is pretty settled, not too much through traffic, which is nice. We have a small courtyard where we sometimes sit for a break. It's nothing special to look at, just some old tiles and a few potted plants that we forget to water sometimes. We don't have a fancy website or a marketing team. Word of mouth is how most people find out about what we do. We try to be honest and just do what we say we're going to do. If the phone rings and we're busy, we might take a minute to answer, but we always get back to people. It’s a very grounded way of doing things, without any of the corporate talk you hear everywhere else. We keep the kettle going and just handle things as they come.
