Our office is situated in Faridabad, over at B-37, Ashoka Enclave, Part-2 in Sector 37. It’s a bit of a drive if you’re coming from the main parts of Delhi, but it’s a good area once you get here. The neighborhood is mostly residential with some commercial spots mixed in. Our building is a simple one, nothing that stands out too much on the street. We like it that way because it keeps things grounded. Inside, it’s just a group of people working at their desks. We handle a lot of paperwork and planning here. It’s not a high-pressure corporate suite; it feels more like a local business where you can actually talk to the person next to you. The sun hits the front windows in the afternoon, so it gets quite bright. We usually have the radio on low or just the sound of the fans. We’ve been in Sector 37 for a while, and we’ve seen the roads get paved and the new shops open up. It’s a steady kind of place. We don’t use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just come in, do the work that’s expected of us, and head home. It’s a practical setup that works for the team we have. There’s no big mission statement on the wall, just a calendar and some notes to keep us on track. It’s not about being the biggest, just about doing the day's work correctly and getting home to our families.
