Dlf Retail Developers Limited (Emporio)

Dlf Retail Developers Limited (Emporio) has an office at Flat 452 in the Dda Flats in Lado Sarai. It is right opposite the golf course, so the view is actually quite nice if you look out the right window. Being in a Dda flat makes it feel more like a home than a big corporate headquarters, which is something we actually like. It is a bit quieter here than the main market area. We have a few rooms filled with blueprints, documents, and computers. Sometimes the stairs are a bit of a climb if the lift is being cranky that day. We spend our hours talking about retail spaces and looking at maps of the area. There is usually a pot of coffee going in the small kitchen area. It is a practical place where we meet to discuss projects and get the planning done. We don't have any polished receptionists or fancy lobby areas. You just walk in and see us working at our desks. The neighborhood is full of small businesses and workshops, so there is always something going on outside. We have been here for some time and the local chai stall knows exactly how we like our tea. It is a grounded way to work and it keeps us connected to the reality of the city. We aren't trying to impress anyone with the office, we just focus on the development work we have to finish.
