We are located at B-48 in Sham Nagar, which is near the Tilak Nagar Post Office. It’s a very local spot. DLF Hotels uses this space for the day-to-day management tasks. It’s not a hotel building. It’s more of a small office in a busy part of town. Tilak Nagar is always full of life and noise, and we are right in the middle of it. The office is pretty basic. We have a few computers and some old chairs. We don’t have a fancy reception desk or a bellhop. It’s just us. We deal with the logistics and the back-end stuff. The walls are a bit plain, and we don't have any big posters. We just have our work and our calendars. People in the neighborhood know us. We aren't trying to be something we aren't. We just do the work that needs to be done for the hotels. It’s a very practical setup. We don't have a polished corporate tone. We just speak plainly. Sometimes the fans are a bit loud, but they keep the air moving. We aren't worried about being the best or the most famous. We just want to get through our tasks and handle the bookings correctly. It’s a regular job in a regular part of Delhi. We’ve been at B-48 Sham Nagar for a while now and we know the rhythms of the street. It’s honest and straightforward and it gets the job done.
