Dlf Emporio Restaurants Limited

Our spot is in Gautam Nagar, specifically at Flat No-A-3 in the 109/7 block. It is a residential kind of area but we run the restaurant business operations from here. It is definitely not a restaurant itself where you can come and eat, which sometimes confuses people who see the name Dlf Emporio Restaurants Limited. We handle the behind-the-scenes stuff like the accounts and the planning for our different locations. The flat is usually filled with papers and people on phones. It is a bit crowded with all the desks squeezed in, but we make it work. Outside, Gautam Nagar is always moving, with students and workers walking past all day long. We have been here for a while and the neighbors are used to us by now. We don't have a big corporate lobby or anything like that. You just walk up the stairs and you are in our office. It gets hot in the summers, so the fans are always going. We spend most of our day talking about menus or supplies or staffing for the actual restaurants. It is a lot of coordination. We aren't trying to be anything other than a hardworking office. It is basic, honest work. Sometimes we order food in ourselves because we are too busy to go out. That’s just how it is here. We like the neighborhood because it feels real and not too polished, which suits how we work every single day.
